Each Additional Person Sharing a Room  Add  $750.00 PER MONTH, PER PERSON

A Hold Deposit of $1,000.00 is required to reserve an apartment. The "Hold Deposit"  is refundable only if your cancellation is received within 72 hours (3  days) after the deposit has been applied to an assigned apartment.  Otherwise, the hold deposit is held and applies toward the move-in costs.

First and last month's rent are required PRIOR  to or NO LATER than the move-in-date.  The first month's rent is prorated from the date you move in until the last of that month.  Thereafter, rent is  billed monthly along with any miscellaneous charges such as Beauty Salon, Guest Meal Tickets or Room Service Charges.

RENTAL FORMS are provided when you reserve your apartment.
Completed and executed forms MUST be returned to the Marketing Director
PRIOR TO OR NO LATER THAN  your move-in date.
